ESCUELA BUENAVISTA
(Arcos de la Frontera, Cádiz, Spain)
After 28 years, our objective is still the same: facilitate that children enjoy very special holidays, living together and sharing with their peers, the activities, the domestic chores and the free time. All of that in a natural envirnment that they get to know and learn to take care of, strengthening the self-reliance and responsibility. The camps are aimed at children from
6 to 14 years, subdivided
in age groups during the activities. (Note: in the special English camp the minimum age is 8).
OUR WORKSHOPS:
Nature:
stables, gardening, aromatic
plants, beekeepting (the world of
the bees), insects, didactic itineraries
in the enviroment (village of colonisation, the countryside and the river), fruit trees,
astronomy.
Food processing: bread, cheese, cake, jam, muffins, and other typical products from Arcos.
Art &
Crafts:
wicker, tapestry, clay, textile painting, arts & crafts
with natural elements.
Recicling: handmade paper and soap, and manufacturing of games
from recycled materials.
Expression and Communication: theatre, puppets, magic,
musicals, traditional and pool games, radio.
FREE TIME ACTIVITIES AND ANIMATION:
Swimming pool, sports (football, basketball, ping-pong…),
board games, reading, parties, environmental games, night games and stories, participation in little domestic chores.

ACTIVITIES IN THE NATURE:
Horse rides, canoeing, biking and activities with ropes:
